Bright Beginnings
July 19, 2026
Help the YMCA and Grace get the kids from Goochland County Public Schools off to a "Bright Beginning" of the school year. Please donate filled backpacks and supplies by July 19th; items may be dropped in the office or in the Parish Hall. To help financially, write a check to Grace Episcopal Church with "Bright Beginnings" in the memo line, and we will make one collective donation to the YMCA. Questions? Contact Kirsten Bilodeau at kbilodeau007@comcast.net.
2026 school supply list is as follows: No. 2 pencils, crayons, washable markers, block erasers, glue sticks, dry erase markers, child-safe scissors, rulers, pencil pouches, wide-ruled spiral notebooks, wide-ruled composition notebooks and sturdy backpacks (both regular and clear).
Thank you for helping students start the year off right!
