Summer Study: faith250

Hosted by Grace Episcopal Church and Providence Presbyterian Church
faith250 is a program that invites faith leaders and communities across our country to form clusters of congregations to act as sacred spaces for listening to one another, clarifying our shared civic values, and celebrating our hopes for America in 2026, our country's 250th anniversary. Locally led by Emily and Susan Steinberg of Providence Presbyterian Church, the small group discussions will center on some of America's most important texts — among them The Declaration of Independence, Emma Lazarus's The New Colossus, America the Beautiful, Frederick Douglass's address What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?, and Abraham Lincoln's The Gettysburg Address.
When: Thursday July 9, 23 and 30 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Food Pantry Sunday

This Sunday, September 13th is Food Pantry Sunday. Please bring nonperishable items to generously support the GoochlandCares Food Pantry and our neighbors in need. Suggested items include canned meat, canned fruits and vegetables, rice, pasta, soup, peanut butter, breakfast items and baking ingredients. No glass containers, please.
