SPECIAL SEASONS AND SERVICES

Advent

Advent is the first season of the Christian church year; it includes Christmas and the preceding four Sundays.  During Advent at Grace, we celebrate the season with the following schedule:

Advent Lunch Series – Every Thursday during Advent at 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Lessons and Carols - Typically the third Sunday in December at 7:00 PM
Christmas Eve (Holy Eucharist Rite II) Services - 2:00 PM (online); 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (in person).

Lent and Holy Week

Lent is an intentional observance in the Episcopal liturgical calendar that begins on Ash Wednesday and continues for six weeks in preparation for Holy Week and Easter.  

Lenten Programs

Shrove Tuesday Dinner - 5:30 PM
Ash Wednesday Service - 12:00 noon
Lenten Lunch Series - Every Thursday during Lent at 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Holy Week and Easter

Palm Sunday Services - 8:00 AM (online); 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM (in person)
Maundy Thursday - 7:00 PM
Good Friday Liturgy – 12:00 noon
Easter Sunrise Service – 6:30 AM
Easter Service (Holy Eucharist Rite II) - 8:00 AM (online); 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM (in person)

Summer Schedule

Our summer schedule is from the end of May through Labor Day - 9:00 AM (online); 10:00 AM (in person) followed by coffee hour.
